It's no secret that I love coffee. 

Like LOOOOVE coffee. And it's kinda funny how my relationship with 'joe has changed over the years. You see, at first I was an extra sugar and extra cream kinda gal. I liked my coffee basically like milk and super creamy. 

Then I looked to health-ify my favorite morning drink and opted for sans sugar with almond milk or dairy-free coconut creamer.

Now, gimme it black. I love a good, strong cup of black coffee. 

So when I stumbled on CoffeeOverCardio, I knew my obsession was about to be taken to a whole new level.

Not only is CoffeeOverCardio the brain child of a truly badass babe, @AbbbeyScott (check out her insta and see why I adore her!), but it's also 100% AMAZING. Like life changingly good coffee. 

So often flavored coffees can taste fake. And in our always-busy, I-need-convenience-world, many decent brands who offer single-serve coffee options end up sacrificing taste because of the plastic aftertaste of our beloved pods. Well, CoffeeOverCardio has solved all that. 

Pure, clean energy. Subtle, natural taste. And honest to gaaaawd the best re-usable k-cup I have ever had the pleasure of owning. Since getting my first bags of coffee, I have not turned back. Haven't drank a single serve k-cup in almost 2 months...the extra 5 seconds it takes me to prepare my own is totally worth it.

So behold, what I'm dubbing the CoffeeOverCardio Coffee n' Donuts Smoothie, here's what ya need to blend up some love in a cup:

Blend baby, blend. It's that simple! I blend on high for about 30-60 seconds until super creamy and frothy. Pour into my fave wine glass, especially when I'm feeling fancy, and top with a little more cinnamon and cacao nibs.

You can also make this 100% vegan! I've made adjustments and have used Trader Joe's Vegan Vanilla Pea Protein or Vegan Chocolate Shakeology and both taste amazing as well!
